The Huawei P30 Lite offers mid-range hardware, while the design stays close to the flagship P30. It comes with a 6.15-inch FHD+ (2312x1080) LCD waterdrop display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The rear panel is either glass or glasstic with gradient colours like the P30. It will be available in gradient blue and solid black colours.
Powering the Huawei P30 Lite is Huawei's mid-range Kirin 710 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There is also a 6GB/128GB variant that is currently only available in the Philippines. The phone runs on Android Pie with EMUI 9.1 on top.
Notably, the Huawei P30 Lite comes with a triple camera setup on the back. The system includes a 24MP primary camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera and a 2MP depth sensor. Up front, the Huawei P30 Lite offers a 32MP placed within the waterdrop notch. The mid-range smartphone supports 18W QuickCharge that will charge up the 3,340mAh battery quickly over a Type-C port.
The Huawei P30 Lite price has been set at CAD 429.95, which translates to roughly NRs 38000. The phone is up for pre-orders in Canada until April 10. Early adopters will also get a free Band 3 Pro on purchasing the device from one of the partner retailers. As for its India launch and availability details, nothing is confirmed just yet. We do know that Huawei will launch the P30 Pro and P30 in India soon, so it is possible that the P30 Lite may tag along as well.
